Blac Chyna Has A Whole New Face Surgery Or Photoshop

Social media is in full motion this week as to whether Blac Chyna has had more cosmetic surgery or just bought a new plugin for photoshop.  Her Instagram pics certainly show changes in her chin that may have resulted from a visit to a cosmetic surgeon.  The 32-year-old star appeared to have a sleeker jawline, sparking speculation amongst her 16.2 million followers that her “new face” is the result of a recent cosmetic procedure.  Some commentators suggest that she is just looking refreshed after her court deal with Rob Kardashian over arrangements for their child Dream Kardashian.

She was praised on Twitter with one fan. tweeting “I LOVE Blac Chyna’s new face!”  Another stoked up fan tweeted “Blac Chyna’s new face EATS,”  I am not even sure what that means.  But it is obviously causing a stir.  Why bother with Covid or inauguration security moves when Blac Chyna is posting provocative new images on Instagram?

Speaking about her aesthetic surgery history the 32-year-old celeb recently said “I’ve had lipo before, I’ve had my breasts done four times,” She added that while she’s had several surgeries to increase her breast size, she’s also had a surgery to make them smaller. “I was like, ‘This is just too much,’ ”

Blac additionally confessed that she had her butt done after she gave birth to her daughter Dream Kardashian. “I went and got something done. I got lipo because after I had Dream, it was like, out of control. So I had some of it taken out,” she said.

Whatever work Blac Chyna is doing to her body is certainly profitable. Her ‘Only fans' page brings in $17m per month and makes her one of the platform's top earners.   Frankly, after many years of journalism, I am still in awe of the social media power of the Kardashian clan and how they have become role models for an entire generation of young women.

The Truth About the Vampire Facelift.

During the last 5 years, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) treatment has expanded from its role in healing injuries and knee osteoarthritis in adults into a major trend in cosmetic and plastic surgery.  So what is PRP and should it be a treatment for you to consider in 2021? This treatment which involves injecting a small amount of the patient's own blood to release various growth factors from the platelets has moved on from its celebrity fanbase to a wider demographic. Apart from toning up tired skin, PRP is also frequently used in hair transplant procedures.

So Are You a Good Candidate for a Visit From the Vampire?

vampire face lift prp injections

Have a look at our quick checklist to see if a PRP (vampire) shot is a good treatment for you.

1. Your skin colour has become more grey due to a lessened blood flow.

2. Your face has become ‘droopy' with age and facial muscles look like they could collapse.

3. Skin texture becomes less smooth. The youthful glow has gone and you exhibit the scary signs of ageing.

If this sounds like you then let's see what actually happens with this treatment.

PRP injections are prepared by taking anywhere from one to a few tubes of your own blood and running it through a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets. These activated platelets are then injected directly into your ageing facial tissues. . This releases growth factors that stimulate and increase the number of reparative cells your body produces.

So why not just have a regular face lift?

Cosmetic surgery can remove excess skin and make the person appear younger. But, a surgical facelift can be more than what's needed for some people (especially when loss of shape without extra skin is the main problem).

Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers lift the skin away from the bone to restore youthful volume and shape. But HA fillers can cause problems near the eye. Also, the injector of HA fillers can chase a wrinkle and create a shape that looks like a visiting alien.

Unlike most procedures, the Vampire Facelift offers a way of both restoring shape, and improving tone and texture, as well as literally rejuvenating new and younger.  it also gives ‘bragging rights' on social media.   It sounds mysterious and deliciously ‘goth' as a process.  Although whooshing your own blood around in a centrifuge is nowhere near as spooky as the name suggests.

Do I need To Prepare Myself for a Vampire Facelift?

Well yes, to an extent.  There are some things to bear in mind.

  1. Avoid alcohol for a week before the session.
  2. Avoid sunbathing
  3. Avoid blood-thinning medications

After the procedure most of the same prohibitions apply and also you should keep exercise to a minimum for 7 days.  Also probably best to avoid selfies which will show redness and maybe some scaly bits.   Give it a couple of weeks before you post your post-vampire pics to your admiring fans.

Here is Kim K's Vampir Pic which is not necessarily a ‘good look'.

vampire facelift regrets

Talking to Allure, Kim said  “A few years ago, I heard about a ‘vampire facial,' and I was so intrigued,” Kardashian West wrote. Right before she signed up to try the treatment, she found out she was pregnant, which meant that she couldn't use the a numbing cream or painkiller before the treatment as doctors typically recommend, she says. That made for a super uncomfortable experience. “It was really rough and painful for me. It was honestly the most painful thing ever! It's the one treatment that I'll never do again.”

But, according to Rebecca Norris writing in Nylon site Kim's shock horror Instagram pic is easily explained.  Back in 2013, the normal vampire facial procedure was to apply whole blood to the skin while micro-needling, where nowadays technology has advanced to using the most regenerating part of blood, the PRP. While both methods use blood drawn on-site, the PRP method extracts the platelets from the red blood cells after being put through the centrifuge. And so, I finally understood why my Kim K-inspired expectations weren't fully met.

In the same article, Ms Norris tells us that while the hours immediately following the hour-long appointment were characterized by an unsightly red, ultra-puffy complexion (which was really just exacerbated by the fact that I have sensitive skin), with the help of an even layer of Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar, by day two it looked like I had a low-key sunburn and day three my skin looked radiant and refreshed.

So there we have it.  As science advances so do the results from the Vampire facelift.  We only wish to bring you the options available in the marketplace, you have to choose thoughtfully which of them are best for you.  Do let us know your experiences with PRP treatments.

So what about the cost?

In the UK, you should expect to pay around £1000 for a face and neck PRP therapy session.  Prices in the USA are similar ranging from $1250 to $2000 depending on the clinic.  Anyway, it is much cheaper than a surgical facelift and a more interesting cocktail lounge topic.

Cosmetic Surgery Database Hacked!

Cosmetic Surgery Database Hacked

Hackers have stolen the data of celeb cosmetic surgery and are threatening to publish patients' before and after photos, among other details.

The Hospital Group, which is a favourite amongst reality TV stars and celebs, has confirmed the ransomware attack.  The data reveal is pretty enormous – 900 Gigs of intimate client data.    The clinic trades under the ‘Transform' brand and they have 11 clinics around the UK.  They are very well known for their weight loss surgery which has helped many a celeb on their Instagram journey.  The clinic said it had informed the Information Commissioner of the breach.

On its darknet webpage, the hacker group known as REvil said the “intimate photos of customers” were “not a completely pleasant sight”. That leaves a lot of images to the imagination.  REvil, also known as Sodinokibi, is one of the most prolific ransomware groups. Its high-profile victims include currency exchange Travelex and entertainment law firm Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks.

Famous personalities tummies, boobs and nether regions before their transformations might not be such a pretty sight.  Many household names will have had their Xmas disturbed on learning that a cosmetic surgery database hacked recently contained their personal details.

This is not the first time a celeb cosmetic surgery clinic has been hit by hackers, 3 years ago the LBPS  was hit with a similar intrusion.  Hackers love to hit confidential information that might embarrass wealthy people.  The most famous ransomware hack was directed at the adultery site Ashley Madison which threatened to expose sexual misdemeanours.   Intimate photos of celebs who have shed lots of weight and told their fans it was through gym workouts or special diet plans might now have to admit to gastric sleeves and liposuction.

Former Big Brother contestant Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace told Zoo magazine about her breast enhancement surgery with The Hospital Group in 2009.

Atomic Kitten singer Kerry Katona, Shameless actress Tina Malone and reality TV star Joey Essex from The Only Way is Essex have openly endorsed the clinic. There are, of course, countless celebs and wannabes who have not spoken of their procedures and might think that it is worth paying to keep it quiet.

The Hospital Group said in a statement: “We can confirm that our IT systems have been subject to a data security breach. None of our patients' payment card details has been compromised but at this stage, we understand that some of our patients' personal data may have been accessed.” Well, I don't suppose it will reassure the patients that their credit card details are safe. New cards can be issued and transactions blocked.  But what can't be so easily waved away are explicit photos of nipple adjustments and (heaven forbid) ‘designer vaginas' floating about on the dark web with a major cosmetic surgery database hacked.

The company said it had emailed all its customers about the cyber-attack and would contact individuals who might have had more personal details compromised.

We will update you as more information becomes available.

Nigerian Influencer Nengi Trolled For Cosmetic Surgery Comments

Top BBNaija star, Nengi Rebecca Hampson has been unfairly trolled on Facebook by some posters because she seemed to be encouraging young fans to get cosmetic surgery if they can afford it.  She told them to do whatever. pleases them to their bodies and that includes plastic surgery.

Photo Instagram

The former beauty queen recently encouraged her followers to do whatever pleases them to their body, even if it is plastic surgery. Nengi Rebecca Hampson  is a former beauty queen and a BBNaija star so she is an important influncer.

The BBnaija finalist said in a recent interview with The Punch,

“I think we are past the time when women were expected to be ashamed of what they did with their bodies. I believe that if you want anything and you can afford it, don’t hesitate to get it,”

Facebook user Toluwani C Asojo wrote ;

Rubbish! So we shouldn’t be ashame to tell God he doesn’t know how to do his work. I am proud of how God created me, I love my flat yansh& small boobs. Na old age go tell you. Natural is the best.

Gift Ndubuisi wrote ;

All this plastic surgery you girls are doing, na only una waka come…
Because you are telling us that the way God moulded your bumbum isn’t good enough and you are proud telling us not to be ashamed to do plastic surgery…
Today is Tuesday, few days to Xmas, some girls have booked for plastic surgery self… May ur surgery go successfully

So there seems to be some disagreement in Nigerian social media on whether young girls should spend their Xmas in a cosmetic clinic or be happy with the looks that God gave them.  Nengi who has 1.4 M IG followers is a big name in Nigeria and a lot of young women take her as a role model.

Nengi herself prefers to steer clear of social media arguments. According to her, people who hate on the success of others can't be successful themselves – This comes barely a few days after she revealed she refused to join the BBNaija WhatsApp group because she didn't want any issues.

South Korean Cosmetic Surgery Big Celebrity Reveal.

South Korean Cosmetic Surgery Big Celebrity Reveal

It is certainly no secret that Korean cosmetic surgery stands in a class of its own.  More than 30% of S.Korean women in their 20's have had plastic surgery or aesthetic work done.   Eyelids are ‘westernized' and faces are contoured.  Lipos are sucked and tummies are tucked.  Out of a thousand patients who go under the knife, about 68% do the double-eyelid surgery. It is the most popular procedure done by Koreans to achieve doll-like, bigger-looking eyes.  All this frenetic cosmetic activity is driven by a K Pop celebrity culture that recalls the Liverpool Boy Band explosion of the 1960's Beatles era.  So who are these celebrities and what have they actually had done?

Nicole Arcano did a big reveal on the Preview website which answers many of the ‘did they? didn't they?  questions that have been buzzing around the fansites over recent years.  so first we will tell you who did have the cosmetic treatment and then in a second big reveal, we will tell you who didn't have their monolids westernized!  So strap yourself in for the big Korean cosmetic surgery news..

Rapper Jessi

Reveal #1 Jessi

Rapper and performer of Unpretty Rapstar fame Jessi confidently discussed her plastic surgeries in an episode of Happy Together. She admitted that she underwent a breast procedure and that she doesn't get offended when people say they look “too fake.” The rapper explains, “Why do I have to hide it? I paid for it and got them done a long time ago.”

Jessi also mentioned that she had double eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty done—”Who doesn't get plastic surgery? I got my eyes and nose done. Everyone knows.”   She has some regrets it seems, but she wanted to look more photogenic.

Reveal #2. Minzy

Minzy had Korean cosmetic surgery

Minzy, who was a member of girl group 2NE1, became the centre of plastic surgery rumours back in 2013. Her agency YG Entertainment denied the claims, attributing her changing appearance to age. However, Minzy eventually admitted that she had surgery done on her nose.  She apparently needed her nose adjusted for medical reasons and her mother suggested she had some plastic surgery done at the same time.  this was disputed by her management at the time who said “Minzy is getting prettier, as she turned twenty this year. She did not get plastic surgery. She simply became prettier; there is nothing more than that.”

Reveal #3  Park Min Young

Sungkyunkwan Scandal

When Park Min Young was getting widely noticed for her role in Sungkyunkwan Scandal, old school photos of her surfaced online, leading netizens to suspect that she's done plastic surgery. So, the actress made the decision to reveal that she has indeed had cosmetic work done. The actress told Sports Chosun that she had double eyelid surgery done in junior high school and got her nose done during that time because it was crooked.

Reveal #4 Ze: A's Hwang Kwanghee

Idol and MC Kwanghee is a spokesman for Korean cosmetic surgery.  He has opened up on during various TV show that he had cosmetic procedures done on his eyes, nose, chin, and forehead. In fact, in an episode of Cool Kids, it was revealed that the only part of his face that Kwanghee didn't get any work done was his cheekbones!  Well, I am sure he still has time to get other things fixed if he wants to. Kwanghee had his eyebrows micro-bladed as well and joked in the same show (My Old Little Boy) that your face “settles down” 10 years post-plastic surgery to look more natural.  I must say he looks really natural and his surgeons have done a great job for him.

Reveal #5. Brown Eyed Girls' Nasha

During an interview for Radio Star, Narsha of the group Brown Eyed Girls said that she has “gotten much prettier and happier” after her cosmetic procedures. She said that being a celebrity obviously meant that they paid attention to their looks more and that she doesn't think plastic surgery is a bad thing.

This is ironic since her group covered Lady Gaga's ‘Poker Face' track calling it ‘Plastic Face' and in the lyrics preached self-confidence rather than cosmetic surgery.

Ok, that is top 5 reveals on Korean celebs who went under the knife.  Now here is our big reveal #2 – stars who resisted the temptation to have their eyelids westernized.

She was asked if she ever felt self-conscious about her monolids and she admitted, “I thought about undergoing double eyelid surgery before my debut. I ended up not doing it, and I think I made the right decision.” She also added that she has “no plans to get eyelid surgery” and that she likes her monolids.

She’s Got a Ticket to Rhytidectomy and She Don’t Care.

Rhytidectomy aka facelift
Shes Got A Ticket To Rhytidectomy And She Dont Care

‘Rhytidectomy' or else referred to as a ‘facelift' is undergoing a busy period as baby boomers line up to push back the years. A rhytidectomy is a plastic surgery done to get rid of excess facial skin, tighten the underlying tissues, by redraping of the skin and toning the face muscles to provide a more youthful look..

prepare for Rhytidectomy

To see how popular it is, simply take a look at the statistics. According to the American Culture for Aesthetic Cosmetic Surgery, Rhytidectomy is the 6th most common visual surgical procedure, along with other well-known procedures such as breast augmentation, eyelid surgical treatment, liposuction surgery, abdominoplasty, and bust lift..

The facelift market is highly sensitive to social as well as cultural variables, the influence of media & fashion influencers, peer pressure, and changing expectations of beauty as we age, Technical advancements in sophisticated diagnostic imaging, magnetic vibration imaging, as well as others, have led to a boost in the variety of Rhytidectomy treatments done. The worldwide rhytidectomy market is progressively likely towards minimally invasive surgical treatments owing to its reduced impact. The facelift market is extremely biased towards customized and also highly targeted and customised treatments, which is driving the boom in facelifts. The advancement of computer-generated models is has left the realms of science fiction and become ‘clinical fact.' The patient can see in advance precisely what they can expect when the surgeon has done his job. He can literally see how the wrinkles fade away.

Sounds Great, But What Are the Downsides?

  • The high price of procedures,
  • The danger of infection for Patient
  • Damages to the facial nerves,
  • Possibility of long-term scars.
  • Shortage of top-class specialist surgeons.
  • Loss of Sensation

Having a facelift does not come cheap. If you are based in the UK or USA you will be looking at prices north of £5000/$6000 for a good surgeon in a well-established clinic. Our guide to ‘ the best facelifts surgeons in Europe ‘ will give you a shortlist of the top scalpels in Europe. Medical tourism (in a non-pandemic period) can offer you great savings. You can, for example, go to Belgium and let Novacorpus do the Rhytidectomy for 25% less which leaves some change for some good meals and a bit of quality tourism. You can make even greater savings by heading to Turkey – see our comprehensive listings.

if your Homebase is North America you will certainly wish to explore Mexicali clinics in Tijuana and Cajun where your dollar will be treated with reverence and your surgeon will probably have done his training north of the border anyway. You can also make substantial savings in Costa Rica with an even more vibrant landscape and a well established and regulated cosmetic surgery industry.  As with any medical tourism adventure, it is important to consider the follow-up consultations.  You must factor the potential price of returning to the exotic destination for a follow-up appointment into your budgeting.

Side effects to expect

facelift after effects

After a facelift, it's common to have: a stiff, puffy and numb face for a few weeks or months temporary bruising of the cheeks – the bruises will eventually move down the neck with gravity scars – these fade, but may not completely disappear.   This can, however, be reduced by topical creams.  Dr Douglas Mcgeorge – a top plastic surgeon – discussed his Science of Skin products, that are based on green tea, in our recent podcast.

Swelling Every operation, no matter how minor, is accompanied by swelling of the surrounding tissues.

Swelling around the eyes, cheeks, face, and down into the neck and chest is not uncommon.

Less Invasive Options to lose those wrinkles.

A mini-facelift is a less invasive operation that also aims to lift the wrinkles and sagging skin in the lower part of the face.

The Mini-Facelift is a technique best suited to patients who are starting to develop some jowls or have had previous lifting treatments. If you are worried about the effects of ageing on your face and are starting to experience mild skin laxity, cheek sagging or loosening of the jawline then Mini Facelift could be the procedure for you.

In the operation, a cut is made in front of and behind the ear. Any old scars from previous surgery are removed. The skin is lifted off the deeper layers of the face to allow access to a layer called the SMAS. This deeper layer is then tightened, by stitching it over the cheekbone and up behind the ear. The cheek skin is then tightened backwards. The skin does need to be tailored out behind the ear, which leaves a variable-length scar in the groove behind the ear, but there is no scar into the hairline behind the ear as you would have in a conventional ‘full' facelift.

Using Creams and Potions.

There are, of course, a myriad of jars and tubes that you will see at the department store or in the airport duty-free.   Most of the money goes into the marketing and the high-priced models and movie stars that front them and endorse them.  I prefer more low key alternatives like Kollagen Intensiv – a Swiss product that is only available online and has some heavy science behind it.  I know a number of women who use this cream and they all speak very highly of it.

It also reduces signs of ageing in several amazing ways. It plumps up your skin on your face which gives you a more youthful appearance. Kollagen Intensiv also softens and conditions your skin at the same time. By using it twice a day, it also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Using it after your cleanser helps to remove dead skin cells as well. Your skin will appear thicker, therefore, giving you a younger look. Your laugh lines and crow's feet will appear diminished as well that unsightly dark under-eye circles and puffiness will be reduced. Your skin will look lighter and you will definitely feel younger!

This is, of course,  a different result from a full facelift but using good products can often postpone the need for surgery and during these pandemic times it is hard to travel and get cut-price surgery.  So, good non-invasive alternatives are worth considering.

Cosmetic Surgery in Brazil: A Boom Fuelled by the Pandemic.

Cosmetic Surgery In Brazil A Boom Fuelled By The Pandemic

Cosmetic Surgery in Brazil

Zoom Pushes Brazilian Cosmetic Surgery Boom

Mirrors don't lie, nor does the screen during a videoconference: the virus-induced lockdown has led many Brazilians to undergo plastic surgery to look better.  The pandemic has disrupted the medical tourism sector so Brazil has had to rely more on its domestic market.

With trips cancelled and restaurants mostly closed, many have extra cash to carry out such procedures.  All the economists tell us we have been turned from spenders to savers this year.

Beauty clinics say demand for the cosmetic treatment has as much as doubled here since the pandemic began.

A typical client, Regiane de Oliveira Sousa, a 38-year-old sales representative from Sao Paulo spoke to AFP about how she has used her lockdown time wisely in self-improvement.   Over the past six months, she has had cosmetic skin peels, breast reduction surgery, liposuction to remove unwanted fat, and facial harmonization treatment.

“Friends of mine have also taken advantage of teleworking to do these surgeries,” she told AFP.

Cost of the procedure: 3,800 reais (around $730), or almost four times the monthly minimum wage in Brazil.

Her surgeon, Cintia Rios, said there has been a significant increase in cosmetic operations this year, about 40 percent more compared to what was done before the pandemic.

Cintia Rios Cosmetic Surgeon

“I had to lengthen my work hours and I hired three employees. Beauty is not in crisis, thank God!”

According to Rios, otoplasties — cosmetic ear surgeries — are also popular because people feel that wearing a face mask makes their ears stick out.

Usually, such surgery is for children around the ages of eight or nine, “but this year, many adults are doing it.”

Lips are also important, adds de Oliveira Sousa, “because during telework videoconferences we see each other permanently on the screen.”

Rios's clinic was forced to close from March to May due to strict lockdown measures to control the spread of the coronavirus.  This affected domestic work as well as medical tourism.

Today, however, business at the clinic is booming.

Another typical Brazilian woman,  Rita Monteiro Meireles, 34 saw the confinement as a chance to use her savings to carry out cosmetic surgery enhancements that she has dreamed of since her divorce three years ago.

Dermal filler - Cosmetic Surgery in Brazil

“I didn't like my face, and after getting a bichectomy (surgery to remove cheek fat) I was the happiest person in the world,” she said.

Monteiro Meireles smiled as she looked at her new face in a handheld mirror, her lips still swollen after the botox injection.

Cosmetic surgery may serve as a palliative during times of anxiety and uncertainty, said Henriette Morato, a psychologist at the University of Sao Paulo.

“It's a way of demonstrating more control over your own life, to change what is still possible,” she said.  This is a comment I have heard quite often from surgeons in the UK and France and it is an argument that is well rehearsed in the USA.  It would certainly explain the boom in cosmetic surgery in Brazil

A Very Strange Year For Cosmetic Surgery in Brazil

Even though some cosmetic surgery clinics have seen demand for their services increase, “not everything is rose-coloured,” said Denis Calazans, head of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgeons — especially because of the multi-week lockdown earlier in the year.

“It's an atypical year,” he said.

“We should be showing figures lower than those before the pandemic” for the entire sector, he said, even if clinics offering simple procedures have done well.

Working at home and saving on money otherwise spent on travel or outings has allowed generally well-off Brazilians “to invest in themselves,” he said.

Brazil is the world leader in cosmetic surgery procedures, with 13 per cent of the global market, according to figures from the International Society of Plastic Surgery reporting on cosmetic surgery in Brazil

But when all cosmetic procedures — including non-surgical procedures such as botox injections — are included, it comes in behind the United States.

Brazil is a country where we have several highly rated clinics that we list for you here.

Did Joselyn Cano’s Butt-lift Cause Her Death?

Did Joselyn Canos Butt Lift Cause Her Death

Twitter and IG were reeling this week on the news that Joselyn Cano – “The Mexican Kim Kardashian,”  died as a result of a BBL procedure in Colombia, or perhaps Peru.  The news is still a bit sketchy.  People are saying that her ‘Only Fans' page is still active so maybe she isn't dead after all? Her 13 Million IG followers are glued anxiously to their feeds as the shock of Joselyn Cano' death sinks in.

Cano's family is yet to release an official statement addressing the tragic news, but several users on Twitter have claimed that she died in Peru during a butt lift surgical procedure but others tweeters have said that the operation was in Colombia.

          So, Who was Joselyn Cano?

          joselyn cano

Cano, 29, rose to social media fame on Instagram and OnlyFans by creating original content and has nearly 13 million followers on Instagram. She resided in Newport Beach, California, and studied Microbiology at San Diego State University, according to her LinkedIn profile. Cano is also known as “the Mexican Kim Kardashian” owing to her Kardashian-Esque physique.

We have always said that the famed Brazilian Butt-lift is the most dangerous of all cosmetic procedures and not to be undertaken lightly.  Perhaps the most serious, and apparently one of the most common, risks of buttock lift surgery is a fat embolism.  This occurs because a BBL procedure involves liposuctioning fat from one area and pumping it into your butt.  If this is incorrectly administered the operation can end in catastrophe.  If somebody injects the fat into the wrong place and goes deep into the muscle, then the chances of the patient getting muscle necrosis – muscle death – and fat going into the vascular system (which you can die from) are increased.

It is also worth mentioning that not all the initial improvement will stand the test of time. Your bum will be 50 to 60 per cent smaller six months after their operation. This is just a natural body process as the implant settles in. Recovery also takes patience and can be extremely painful for the first week – and not following aftercare advice can lead to results healing badly.

It is worth considering the non-surgical alternatives for improving the shape/size of your butt and we covered this in a previous post about Scupltra. But if you really do wish to go the surgical route with liposuction, then choose your surgeon carefully.  We list many great cosmetic surgeons on our site but you should check out your shortlist with care. You should not let cost be the deciding factor on this high-risk procedure.

The tragic loss of a young IG influencer rams home the dark side of the industry when social media stars push themselves and their bodies to the limits in order to attract and retain valuable followers.  It's a real pity.  One would so want this to be fake news.

Sex And Cosmetic Surgery For Women

How Long Should I Wait To Have Sex Again?

Sex is a healthy part of most people's lives, and wondering when you can resume having sex after plastic surgery is natural.    Nowadays, many women are opting for cosmetic surgery that enhances their sex lives, such as labiaplasty and vaginal rejuvenation (designer vaginas).  Even so, asking your cosmetic surgeon  “when can I have sex again?” makes some patients feel rather shy. We want to assure you that your surgeon won't blush at the question and will be happy to discuss the topic with you because they know just how important it is to be aware of physical restrictions during recovery.

Many factors govern how long you should wait before you test out the benefits of your surgery.  It all depends on the procedure, your comfort level, and your body's ability to heal.  With your new and improved look, you and your partner may be keen to regain your rhythm, but patience is a virtue here, and it is wise to take your time healing before you get energetic. Many women find that waiting also makes a return to activity even better than expected!

Apart from the obvious genital procedures, other surgeries can enhance your sexual life.

          Expressing the Right to Orgasm

In point of fact, the  Aesthetic Journal of surgery has said that Breast Enlargement and Body Contouring may also improve sex lives. Is known to make people look younger and feel better about themselves. Now new research suggests that it may also improve sex life and the ability to achieve orgasm.  It has also b been suggested that by combining this form of surgery with specialist female arousal gels such as Vigorelle can boost the female orgasm to been greater heights.

These gels work by means of the innovative transdermal delivery system. By combining botanical extracts and therapeutic nutrients with natural skin permeation enhancers such as olive squalane, important ingredients can cross the lipid barrier of the epidermis. The result is greatly enhanced sexual sensations in a woman's body.  It makes sense to combine these natural remedies with surgery or even try them for a while before taking the surgical option.

Sex and Cosmetic Surgery For Confidence

It is no secret that plastic surgery enhances body image and restores self-confidence. And it is well known that if someone feels better about themselves, they become more sexual.  Guy Stofman, MD, told  WebMD. that there is now substantive data to show how self-image can impact sexual satisfaction. Stofman is chief of plastic surgery at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh and a clinical assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.  Stofman cautions, with I suppose, a half-smile

“We don't want the populace to think, ‘Hey, if I have my breasts done, I will have more sex,'” he says. “You don't have cosmetic surgery to have better sex. This is just an added perk.”

Regardless of why we may choose to undergo one of these procedures, their degree of success is, to a large extent, also decided by how satisfied we are with the end result.

Research has shown that ladies who opt for one of the more common types of genital cosmetic surgery, such as labiaplasties, are generally pleased with the results.

One review gives an overall satisfaction rate of 90–95 per cent for women, while postoperative sexual satisfaction ranks at 80–85 per cent.

Sex and Cosmetic Surgery – Does it Bring Happiness?

          Make peace with your vagina..

One only has to listen to the story of 38 yr old Vicky, a New Yorker, who did a ‘tell-all to ‘Women's Health' website about sex and cosmetic surgery.   Vicky apparently had been unhappy with her labia and vagina for a long time.  it made her inhibited in her sexual relations and left her feeling insecure.   Now, having had the aforementioned pruning and trimming done in her ‘lady garden' Vicky is a new enthusiast of oral sex and other intimacies.   Her enthusiasm for her designer vagina is compelling:

I love it. At the two-and-a-half-week mark, I said, “Oh my god, I can't believe how amazing I look!” I didn't realize just how amazing I looked and how wonderful I felt until I did my follow up six weeks after, though. When I saw my before pictures, I said, “Please close the book! I don't want to look at it. I can't.” It was already out of my head. At that point, I didn't want to see what I used to look like. I just want to show it off. I felt like I was part of the It Crowd.

And as for sexual pleasure, she says ” The sensation has quadrupled. I've always been able to have clitoral orgasms, but it's intensified the experience. You just want to scream like Tarzan. It's just that intense. ”

When you get this kind of feedback it is easy to see why women are interested in sex and cosmetic surgery.  It is every woman's right to obtain their greatest physical satisfaction in their sexual relationships and it a branch of cosmetic surgery that will be with us for a long while to come.

So where should you go for your geniital makeover assuming we get back the right to travel.?  All the hot spots are good for vaginal makeovers.  You can get the work done in Thailand, Mexico, Costa Rica, Indonesia and certainly Turkey. But for the moment you are probably going to be looking at your own homebase – the US or maybe the UK or Australia    Pricewise, a labiaplasty in London for example would cost betwee $3k and $4k which is much the same as in California.  In Lithuania for example Nordesthetics charge about 40% less and in Istanbul you will pay around $2k.    But these days with lock downs and a heavily disrupted medical tourism sector your choices are more constrained.

The road to transgender has been much in the news recently as the UK legal system made a key ruling last week.  Gender reassignment surgery has been booming both in the UK and worldwide as the LGBT community push for the right to change one's sexual identity to be seen as a basic human right.

We consider gender-confirming surgery to be an important topic for discussion since it touches at the very basis of human identity.  It is a miracle that we now possess the surgical skills to perform such major transformations in the human body.  it is also vital that this incredible power is used wisely since there are often many psychological elements to consider.  Puberty is a very difficult and confusing time for many young people and I feel that as a society we should help them gently find the best path for their adult lives.   If this means fixing the age of transgender consent at 16 it is probably a wise move.

Keira Bell, 23, brought the action against the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust after regretting taking puberty blockers at the age of 16 that she feared may have damaged her ability to have children. From now on children aged under 16 will need court approval in England and Wales to access puberty blockers

Keira Bell, who “detransitioned” in her early 20s and now lives as a woman, had argued for puberty blockers to only be prescribed for under-18s with a court order.

The judges said 16 and 17-year-olds were presumed to be able to consent to medical treatment, but doctors may want to seek court orders before prescribing them puberty blockers due to the “experimental” nature of the treatment. It is important that prospective candidates for transition are given all the latest transgender surgery facts to help them decide.

But, for those who are looking at the topic of transgender surgery our design team have produced this helpful infographic showing transgender surgery facts to make the process easy to follow.  You can. also, check our listings of gender confirmation surgeries here.
