Kim Kardashian and plastic surgery are words that go together like gin and tonic. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, Kanye West wife and mother of North West has a figure envied by millions. It's smashed the internet, been dipped in silver paint and starred in a very lucrative sex tape.

Kim has certainly changed over the years. But is it all down to a clever cosmetic surgeon or is it real magic?

But are Kim's famous looks 100% natural? Is that bulbous bum as nature intended? What about that ever-changing hairline? Or that lovely button nose?

But what about dressing for the stylish glamour life?  Can you really pour a body into and a latex dress?   This dress is Lexi Latex Maxi Tube Dress, from MARSIA, which is based on an item worn by Kim herself.  This one is available for around $30 from Amazon.  A real tribute to 80's fashion fantasy  is just so impractical that you would need to be airlifted into the event.

Kardashian style

We salute KK as an icon and a legend in fashion, style and, we guess, cosmetic surgery..

Back in 2013, Kim slammed claims that she'd gone under the knife to shift her post-pregnancy weight, tweeting: “I am very frustrated today seeing reports that I got surgery to lose my baby weight! This is FALSE.

“I worked so hard to train myself to eat right & healthy, I worked out so hard & this was such a challenge for me but I did it!!! I'm so proud of my accomplishment & NO ONE will take this away from me with fake reports!”

Kim Kardashian's PR team have always vehemently denied that the American reality star and fashion icon has been surgically enhanced, however, Heat World spoke to plastic surgery expert Angelica Kavouni who gave her opinion on the many changing faces of Kim Kardashian.

As an icon KK has been an inspiration to a generation of young women who have followed her lead in making themselves more beautiful through  regular visits to cosmetic surgeons and skilled clinicians.
