Mr Georgios Orfaniotis is a fully certified London Plastic Surgeon who practices as a Consultant in both the NHS and private sector. He holds a substantive Consultant post at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospitals, where he regularly performs complex reconstructive surgery for cancer patients.
In his private practice Mr Orfaniotis undertakes cosmetic surgery for breast and body, as well as facial rejuvenation procedures. Georgios trained at several pioneering UK units including Canniesburn Glasgow, East Grinstead, and St Thomas’ Hospital. His specialist aesthetic training included a prestigious aesthetic fellowship at the Wellington hospital, London.
He is a full member of BAPRAS, ISAPS and EURAPS.
Mr Orfaniotis has been recognised internationally as invited faculty and has won travelling fellowship awards from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Georgios has also travelled to Ethiopia as a volunteer expert surgeon to perform life-changing reconstructive surgery to people who suffered disfiguring facial deformities.

booked a consultation with Dr Georgios at the Harley Street Clinic for breast reduction surgery. As this is a big procedure, I wanted to make sure that I booked in with the best; even though this meant traveling down from Nottingham each time.
